1. Data We Do Not Collect

BeeConvert is a client-side application. All video and audio processing happens entirely in your browser using WebAssembly (FFmpeg). We have no access to:

• Your video, audio, or any media files
• Your name, email address, or any personal identifiers
• Your IP address or precise location
• Any conversion history or output files

2. Local Storage (Your Device Only)

BeeConvert stores a small amount of data in your browser's localStorage to remember your preferences. This data never leaves your device:

• theme — your chosen display theme (light / dark / auto)
• language — your chosen interface language
• Recent files — a local history of converted file names and URLs stored in your browser, not on our servers. You can clear this at any time from the Settings menu.

3. Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use BeeConvert (page views, general usage patterns). Google Analytics may collect anonymized data such as browser type, country, and pages visited. No personally identifiable information is collected. You can opt out using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

4. Advertising (Google AdSense)

BeeConvert may display advertisements served by Google AdSense. Google AdSense uses cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. These cookies allow Google and its partners to serve ads based on your visit to BeeConvert and/or other sites on the Internet.

5. Third-Party Services

BeeConvert uses the following third-party services, each with their own privacy practices:

• Vercel — our hosting provider. Vercel may log standard HTTP request metadata (IP address, timestamps) for infrastructure purposes. See Vercel Privacy Policy.
• Google Fonts — we load the Poppins font from Google's servers. This may allow Google to log your IP address. See Google Privacy Policy.
• Google Analytics — anonymized usage analytics. See Google Privacy Policy.
• Google AdSense — third-party advertising. See Google Privacy Policy.

6. Children's Privacy

BeeConvert does not knowingly collect any information from children under the age of 13. The service is general purpose and does not target minors.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of BeeConvert after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
