BeeConvert is a free, browser-based tool that converts, compresses, trims, crops, and transforms video and audio files. All processing happens locally on your device using WebAssembly technology. No files are uploaded to our servers.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use BeeConvert only for lawful purposes. You must not use the service to:

• Process, distribute, or reproduce content that infringes third-party copyrights or intellectual property rights
• Process illegal, harmful, or abusive content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise exploit the service in ways not intended by its design
• Use automated tools to abuse or disrupt the service

4. Your Content & Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of any files you process using BeeConvert. Since all processing is local, we never access, store, or claim any rights over your content. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to convert any file you use with this service.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

BeeConvert is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or produce results meeting your specific requirements. Use the service at your own risk.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BeeConvert and its developers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the service, including but not limited to data loss or file corruption.

7. Third-Party Services

BeeConvert relies on third-party infrastructure (Vercel for hosting, Google Fonts for typography, Google Analytics for anonymized usage insights). Your use of BeeConvert is also subject to those providers' terms and policies.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be indicated by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of BeeConvert after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
